Card #2 from the highway

A little bit of stamping in the truck while Joe drove. A little bit of glitter glue administration to the stamped image.

I took Shelly’s advice and cut up some card stock for card bases before leaving the hotel. Joe took this photo.

The dashboard looked like a good place to let the glitter glue pieces dry.

Having arrived to the hotel in Lost Hills, California I set up shop and this is now Card #2.

A shot of the dimension on the card front. A half back rhinestone in the flowers center.

I’m liking this color combination. Still on the look out for the next color challenge so keep watch.

Have fun crafting and enjoy your slide down to the weekend 🙂

Ok, this is # 2 card, very very nice, and GLITER!! also, ALRIGHT sis, NOW i have you in my clutches, hehehehe, ( a low devious laugh ) i knew i would get you in the glitter world sooner or later, ( another devious laugh ). Ooooops, i guess i cant spell this morning, ignore the misspelled words, lol. You did good with your card, keep it up sis, yes, and i agree, leave a bit of glitter on a few surfaces as you go, doesn’t hurt a thing, might even bring a smile to someone’s face. teehee. (smirk, smirk) 😀

Thinking of you and your enjoyment of glitter while I made the pieces made me giggle.

I’m happy you approve of the glittery bits 🙂

      Thanks Sis for the compliment.

      Love you Sis

Very pretty and glitter too 🙂 You need something to go on your knees to make it easier to work on, I bet Joe could soon rustle something up!!

    Love and hugs

Joe’s mind is already working. He is planning a folding table. Being a problem solver, and an engineer, his brain is coming up with lots of ideas.

It is fun to watch him as he tosses out ideas and finds the flaws. He is remarkable and I’m so glad he gets excited by little things 🙂

Thank you for your sweet comments.

      Love you – Leslie

Love this photo of you creating while on the road.
I have to do something during our long trips too. I usually crochet though.
    Great card 🙂

Thank you Tracy for your sweet comment.

I learned a valuable lesson about 10 years ago. Black, sticky, grease loves yarn. Once a little dab of that stuff gets in the cab from shoes or gloves it is soon on everything near the floor 😦

I used to do plastic canvas needlepoint. Ruined a project I had been working on for a friend.

I’m being extra careful with the paper goods and watching where I set the bag down.
